This is the last cookery book you will need! I’ve bought quite a few cookery / diet books and usually they are either to restrictive, not sustainable, complicated and have to find odd ingredients. This book is the ONE TO GET . Like others have said all the ingredients are easy to get hold of. I’ve made 15 of the recipes so far and thought I’d better get a review written . I have enjoyed most of the recipes there has been just one that I did not like but that’s down to personal preference. All I can say is GET THIS BOOK. I’m a male who wants things quick and easy in the kitchen . I can tell you it does not get any easier than this.

When I bought this book I thought it was full of recipes for the slow cooker, not so, it means all in one pot/pan/casserole dish/oven dish/slow cooker/wok etc, the recipes also show syn values for Extra Easy, Original and Green days, the recipes also serve 4 people and there’s a symbol to state whether it’s suitable for freezing, all in all pleased with the content of this book even though not exactly what I was expecting.

I found it helpful to flick through the book first to note down any cupboard essentials to stock up on (mainly spices)
once they are purchased then you have a choice of so many dishes. I have really found this book a god send and the dishes are tasty. A must for all you slimmers out there!

This book is full of very easy, tasty recipes for all the family. You will not notice they are slimming recipes at all, in fact they have more flavor if anything………… And it’s all done in one pot, so very little washing up …..perfect !

Really like this book. It may be “Slimming World” but don’t be put off. The recipes are all easy to follow,do not use over complicated ingredients and having tried about 6 or 7 of them so far they have all been delicious. A winner!

When I ordered this book I thought it would only contain slow cooker recipes. I don’t have a cooker or a hob. So I have returned the book.

There are some nice recipes and we’ve already tried out a couple with success – we would have liked a few more for the slow cooker but hopefully we can adapt some of them to suit. Since buying it we have changed from the SW low fat regime to a low carb regime and seem to be having more success – so our use of this book may prove to be limited!

The book is very good and offers enough variety to keep the boredom of a diet away!!!
AND the recipes are easy to follow and easy to cook.
So if I only one of the family is on a diet it doesn’t matter, the problem comes when
