The recipes look interesting, although some use things I’ve never seen in stores like chia seeds, and the Introduction and Appendix are excellent, but I bought this for the 60-day meal plan. I can cook, and can adapt what I cook for my husband to fit into the weight-watcher program for me, but it’s boring. Well, this 60-day plan consists of 9 different daily menus, and you eat the same menu for 7 days. That’s right – the same breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for 7 days in a row. No.

This book has really changed the way I think about eating healthily. This cookbook has been a welcome change for someone who is sick of calorie counting and boring diets. Every day of the year is like having a gourmet experience with 365 days of delectable recipes.
It is unique in that it emphasizes flavor and enjoyment. I’m treating myself to excellent meals that feed my body and spirit, not feeling starved. The 28-day meal plan has changed my life; it gives me discipline and diversity without sacrificing my ability to appreciate each and every meal.
I adore the full-color photos in the cookbook, which bring each dish to life on the page. It’s not just about cooking delicious, aesthetically pleasing food that I truly look forward to.
The best part? I’m not a gourmet chef, but even I can follow the recipes with ease. With this cookbook, I feel confident in the kitchen, whether I’m making a simple weeknight supper or attempting a more complex meal.
To put it briefly, “The 0 Point Weight Loss Cookbook” has brought delight to my experience of eating with health in mind. I’ve learned that losing weight doesn’t have to mean giving up flavor. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone prepared to adopt a happier, healthier way of eating (and life).

The 0 Point Weight Loss Cookbook attracted my attention since I have been on a strict keto diet for 2 years and want to transition to low carb. I found the book easy to read and recipes easy to follow. There were no crazy ingredients that I’d never heard of and no really complex recipes to struggle through. There is a nice variety of meals, snacks, and desserts that are healthy and appetizing. My only disappointment was that there were no nutritional factors or measurements available with each recipe. This is important to me being on a measured diet. The book has some nice pictures but I wouldn’t call it fully illustrated. The author overall did a very nice job.

Jane Stephens’ “The 0 Point Weight Loss Cookbook” is a recipe book every health-conscience kitchen should have. All of the recipies are easy to read and prepare because the recipes are clear, and all follow the same, logical format, which I truly appreciated. The recipes are so perfectly organized it actually soothed my CDO. (CDO is like OCD. Except that, it. Is. In. Alpha. Betical. Order.)
Cookbooks and recipe books and websites are harder for people like me, who can’t eat eggs and have had to severely cut back on dairy. I love eggs and cheese, but they do not like me. (Goodbye Breakfast Burrito. Miss you!) So, having been forced to adjust my diet recently, Stephens’ cookbook is like a breath of fresh air after going through musty old “healthy’ cookbooks. The author includes plenty of egg-free and dairy-free recipes.
Ive only tried a few of these recipes so far, but my favorite is the Stuffed Mini Bell Peppers.
A quick thought for the author: If you read this, please note for future edits and future books that supplying a QR Code as a link to get readers to review your books is great, except for all of us who are reading your book on our phone. Please consider supplying a hyperlink below the QR Code so that if we are reading your book on our phone we can just click on the link.

I’ve recently been encouraged to start counting calories, and even weighing my food. I just can’t bring myself to do it but I know I need to make changes in my diet. This book intrigued me because it has simple and healthy recipes for food that’s good for you. There’s a 28 day meal plan that is easy to follow. The Recipes are delicious and best of all there’s no counting anything. There’s not even nutritional information. So you do just have to trust that it’s good for you. I love that there are pictures for the recipe. There’s not a long, detailed introduction and you’re able to get straight into the recipes. Highly recommend!
